About the Customer
The project was initially proposed by a research unit. After completing the study stages, the project was considered by a private production group, and until the end of the implementation stages, the project was supervised by the research and development unit of this production group.
Customer’s Needs:
The key and fundamental concern that was raised regarding this project is the need in phase one to prepare a detailed model of this device. Another problem this customer raised was inspecting standard parts and using them. In the second step, all the production plans for this system had to be planned so that each of the components would be assembled in a specialized workshop and then in the joint factory.
Therefore, from the very start, our agency designers considered the precision of modeling as well as the combination of models with standard components. Since the place of production of components and the place of their assembly was beyond our agency's reach, our team had to be more cautious in modeling, and the case supervision of producing components was one of the significant challenges of this path.

In the first session, the issues raised seemed very unattainable until the project went out of the design phase and the production plans for each piece were sent to me separately. The speed of change of project documents was very satisfactory in case of need for change, and this caused the production process to proceed without interruption, and at the same time the technical documents were modified and sent again for approval. It was a great experience for a pilot project online.
