  • At the beginning of the development of this product, I felt very confused, even though I had a good knowledge of the market and knew exactly what design to look for. After holding the first meeting and presenting my demands in a scattered manner, the technical and design team asked to investigate the issues raised. In the second session, I was faced with a well-defined structure in which all my needs were categorized, and I was presented with clear steps without any blind spots. David
